Terms of Service

The terms for using and subscribing to the Klamna platform in Egypt.

These terms are effective from the date they are published on this page.

By using the Klamna platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the organisation you represent. In Egypt, the service is provided by Etisalna for Information Technology (اتصالنا لتقنية المعلومات), based in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, commercial registry no. 197890.

1. The service

Klamna is a cloud customer-communication platform that includes, according to your subscription: call center, inbox and channels, CRM, sales and invoicing, appointments, campaigns and dialer, quality, team chat, AI and integrations. We develop and improve the service continuously.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and use two-factor sign-in where required. You are responsible for everything done through your account and its users.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free trial for a business type you choose, and you may switch business templates during it. To continue after the trial, choose a package.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are paid in advance (monthly or yearly) from your wallet; prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and shown inside your account.
  • Payments and wallet top-ups are made through Kashier by bank card, Meeza card or mobile wallet (such as Vodafone Cash), and are also subject to the payment provider's terms.
  • VAT at 14% is added where applicable, and tax invoices are issued as the law requires.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically when auto-renewal is on and the wallet covers it; otherwise the service is suspended after the grace period.
  • Increases during a period are charged pro rata; decreases apply from the next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for spam or unwanted calls and messages, fraud, breaking the law or others' rights, breaching Meta and WhatsApp policies, contacting people who asked not to be contacted, or attempting to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your customers' data

Your data belongs to you. You are responsible for collecting it lawfully and for informing your customers when calls are recorded or AI is used, in line with Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020; we process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy.

7. Phone lines

When you connect your existing lines through a SIP trunk, your contract with your telecom provider remains in place and you are responsible for complying with its terms.

8. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties such as Meta, OpenAI, telecom carriers, the Egyptian Tax Authority, the payment provider and online-store platforms. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

9. Artificial intelligence

AI output can contain mistakes. Our agents are designed to answer only from your knowledge base and to hand over what they do not know, but you remain responsible for reviewing content and settings and using them appropriately for your business.

10. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available; maintenance windows and outages can occur. No specific uptime is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop renewal or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or breach of these terms, and will let you export your data within a reasonable time unless the law prevents it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes

We may change these terms and will publish the updated version here; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
