Is there a free trial, and can I switch business templates?
Yes. When you sign up you get a free trial. You pick your business (for example clinic, online store, shipping and delivery, real estate or a training center) from the ready templates, and Klamna sets up working hours, teams, canned replies, a queue, SLA policy, survey, knowledge base, AI agent, appointments and dialer drafts for you.
If another template fits you better, you can switch your business during the trial.
How do packages and pricing work?
Choose what you need from the core packages: Call center, WhatsApp & Inbox, CRM and Sales & invoicing. Combine them, with a discount for two or more packages, priced per user. Add AI, Dialer, Appointments, Quality, Integrations & API or extra WhatsApp numbers, monthly or yearly.
